Rules and guidelines for using BRUH
By using BRUH ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept any changes. When we make significant updates, we will notify users via the app or email.
BRUH lets you create a shareable link that others can use to send you anonymous meme replies. You can share your link on social media, in your bio, or anywhere else you like.
Replies are anonymous by default. Post owners cannot see who sent a reply unless both users have premium accounts.
Chat (direct messages). The native BRUH app may offer optional 1:1 chat with users you have already connected with through meme replies (e.g. starting a conversation from a reply thread). Chat is between identified participants — usernames are visible in the conversation. Sending messages in chat may require an active BRUH Pro subscription, as described in the app. Chat is subject to the same conduct rules as the rest of the service.
You retain ownership of any content associated with your account. By using the App, you grant BRUH a limited license to display and deliver that content within the App — including posts, meme replies, and messages you send in Chat.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you share does not violate applicable laws or others' rights.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BRUH. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will terminate it and delete all associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app. When you delete your account, all your data — including posts, replies, chat messages and conversation records, in-app notification history, and push tokens — is permanently removed. BRUH offers an optional paid subscription, BRUH Pro, with premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android).
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Price and duration. The subscription title, length of subscription, and price are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; any change will follow the store’s rules and will not affect your current paid period without notice as required by the platform.
How to cancel or manage. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform where you subscribed:
Free trials. If we offer a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by the platform.
Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms — not by BRUH directly.
Removing the app does not cancel your subscription. For how we handle data related to purchases, see our Privacy Policy.
BRUH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for user-generated content or any damages arising from use of the App.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
